PknB-IN-1 (0-100 μM; 60 min) can inhibit M. tuberculosis PknB activity [1]. Cell Viability Assay [1] Cell Line: M. tuberculosis Concentration: 0-100 μM Incubation Time: 60 min Result: Exhibited M. tuberculosis PknB inhibition activity (IC 50 =7.3 μM).
