Ebdarokimab is a fully human monoclonal antibody (mAb) designed to inhibit the IL-12/IL-23 pathway through its highly specific binding to the shared p40 subunit common to both interleukin-12 and interleukin-23 cytokines, resulting in the potent inhibition of their downstream signaling cascades. Ebdarokimab can be used in studies about systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) and severe plaque psoriasis.
