| 产品描述 | Anti-Mouse IFN gamma Antibody (H22) is an IFN-γ-targeting inhibitory antibody raised in Armenian hamsters against mouse IFN-γ that interferes with the specific binding of ¹²⁵I-rIFN-γ to macrophages, exerts an inhibitory effect on macrophage-activating factor (MAF) activity and IFN-γ-dependent antiviral activity with an ID₅₀ of 56 ng and 2 ng, respectively, and is also capable of neutralizing endogenous IFN-γ in mice. H22 antibody is commonly employed in research on inflammatory and infectious diseases, including the pathological mechanism investigation of arthritis. |
