体外活性	方法：Acetoacetic acid (0.6、2.4、4.8 mM，24 h) 处理奶牛肝细胞,测定相关酶活量和蛋白表达情况。结果：Acetoacetic acid可以呈剂量依赖性降低超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)、过氧化氢酶 (CAT)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶 (GSH-Px) 的 mRNA 表达和酶活性，增加丙二醛 (MDA) 含量，诱导氧化应激，并下调载脂蛋白B100 (ApoB100)、载脂蛋白 E (ApoE)、低密度脂蛋白受体 (LDLR) 的 mRNA 表达，抑制极低密度脂蛋白 (VLDL) 组装，导致细胞内甘油三酯 (TG) 积累、培养液中 VLDL 含量减少。[1]
