Tubulin folding cofactor A belongs to the TBCA family. It is one of four proteins (cofactors A, D, E, and C) involved in the early step of the tubulin folding pathway. These proteins can fold intermediates and finally lead to correctly folded beta-tubulin. It is believed that tubulin folding cofactors A and D play a role in capturing and stabilizing beta-tubulin intermediates in a quasi-native confirmation. Tubulin folding cofactor E binds to the cofactor D/beta-tubulin complex; interaction with tubulin folding cofactor C then causes the release of beta-tubulin polypeptides that are committed to the native state.

问重组蛋白有吗？

答您需要什么种属的蛋白呢，对表达系统和标签有要求吗，用于什么实验？

问如何将冻干的重组蛋白配置为储备液？

答在打开盖⼦之前，先使用 10000-12000 rpm 的转速进行离心，20-30 秒，将附着在管盖或管壁上的冻⼲粉收集到管底，以避免损失。大多数蛋白可通过加入无菌蒸馏水来重新溶解。如果需要除水以外的其他稀释剂，产品 COA 中会对其进行说明。一般储备液浓度建议不要低于 100 μg/mL，分装储存避免反复冻融。

问为什么某些重组蛋白溶液中还需要添加载体蛋白？

答载体蛋白通常被用于提高蛋白的稳定性，防止蛋白在冷冻或解冻过程中粘附在管壁上。塑料管对蛋白有一定的吸附能力，这可能导致蛋白和管壁之间难以分离，导致溶液中蛋白的实际浓度下降，从而影响其活性。为减少这种损失，在长期保存重组蛋白产品之前，建议添加常用的载体蛋白溶液，例如0.1% BSA（牛血清白蛋白）、5% HSA（人血清白蛋白）、10% FBS（胎牛血清）或 5% 海藻糖等。如果重组蛋白的浓度较低，强烈建议添加适量的载体蛋白。

问为什么重组蛋白的体积和质量与预期不符？

答蛋白冻干粉由蛋白原液冻干而来，冻干粉质量不等同于蛋白质量。由于冻⼲产品的体积大⼩受多种因素影响，包括冻⼲前缓冲液的组分、盐离⼦浓度以及产品本身的浓度等。冻⼲粉可能看上去很多，也可能肉眼不易观察到，这些都是正常现象，请您放心使用。在收到产品后，照常复溶、使用或分装储存即可。

答我们有现货的产品，有活性数据的话会展示在官网生物活性那栏，没有数据的也不代表就一定没有活性，是我们还没有建立活性检测方法，没有进行测试，但是我们的蛋白都是优先按照有活性的方法去表达纯化的。
