Neutrophil cytosol factor 1( NCF1) is a 47 kDa cytosolic subunit of neutrophil NADPH oxidase. This oxidase is characterized as a multicomponent enzyme which is activated to produce superoxide anion. NCF2, NCF1, and a membrane bound cytochrome b558 are required for the activation of the latent NADPH oxidase. The human NCF1 gene encodes a 390 amino acids protein without a signal peptide. The NCF1 gene interacts with other subunits of nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide phosphate-oxidase (NADPH) and plays an important role in innate immunity, producing reactive oxygen species and reducing the severity and duration of parasitic infection and autoimmune disease. NCF1 also has a role in T cell activation.

常见问题解答

问抑制剂是否可以高温灭菌？

答大部分产品均通过化学方法合成，反应条件一般在 50-80℃ 之间，因此不建议使用高温灭菌法进行灭菌，建议用 0.22 μm 滤膜过滤灭菌。

问如何设置母液浓度？

答母液浓度需低于官网给出的溶解度，在这个范围内，根据工作液浓度设置母液浓度，细胞实验中，建议母液浓度设定在工作液浓度的 1000 倍以上。

问抑制剂加 DMSO 配成母液之后，能否放在常温的环境保存1周？

答不建议这么做，母液配置好分装保存，建议存于 -20℃ 或 -80℃，尽量避免反复冻融。如果您订购的规格很大，可以考虑分装粉末保存，固体粉末是比较稳定的，-20℃ 可以保存三年。

问收到化合物后，是否需要称量后配制储备液？

答对于小包装，如 1 mg、5 mg、10 mg 等，不建议二次称量。这样会导致化合物损耗，且无法估算。TargetMol 所有产品原装进口，精准称量，您收到后可直接添加相应量溶剂。对于大包装，如果您需要分批次实验，可每次称量后配制储备液，建议您 10 mg 起称，称量的误差会小一些；当然条件允许，也可以先配制成高浓度母液，分装备用。

复溶方法	Reconstitute the lyophilized protein in distilled water. The product concentration should not be less than 100 μg/ml. Before opening, centrifuge the tube to collect powder at the bottom. After adding the reconstitution buffer, avoid vortexing or pipetting for mixing.
存储	Lyophilized powders can be stably stored for over 12 months, while liquid products can be stored for 6-12 months at -80°C. For reconstituted protein solutions, the solution can be stored at -20°C to -80°C for at least 3 months. Please avoid multiple freeze-thaw cycles and store products in aliquots.
