产品描述	Solitomab (AMG 110) is a bispecific single-chain antibody targeting CD3 and EpCAM/CD326 (epithelial cell adhesion molecule), exhibiting in vitro activity against primary uterine carcinoma and ovarian sarcoma cell lines.
体外活性	Solitomab (1 μg/mL; 4 小时) 对EpCAM阳性细胞株具有细胞毒性，并增加EpCAM阳性肉瘤(CS)细胞对T细胞细胞毒性的敏感性，还能够增加CD8+和CD4+ T细胞表面CD25和HLA-DR 蛋白的表达水平[1]。 Solitomab (0-2.5 μg/mL；4 小时) 对卵巢癌细胞具有细胞毒性，1 μg/mL时杀伤效果最好[2]。
