The plate was coated with 0.1 μg/mL of different mouse immunoglobulins. 0.1 μg/mL of Rabbit Anti-Mouse IgG2b Secondary Antibody was used as the primary antibody. An HRP conjugated anti-Rabbit IgG as the secondary antibody. 2. Anti-IL-3R alpha/CD123 monoclonal antibody at 1:1000 dilution. -Lane A: Recombinant Human IL-3R alpha/CD123 Protein 100ng -Secondary -Rabbit Anti-Mouse IgG2b/HRP at 1/1000 dilution. -Developed using the ECL technique. -Performed under reducing conditions.
