HPN536 is a trispecific T-cell activating protein construct that binds to tumor cells expressing mesothelin, the CD3ε on T cells, and serum albumin. It specifically redirects T cells for the potent redirected lysis of cancer cells expressing mesothelin while simultaneously activating T cells.
