HM03 trihydrochloride is a potent and selective inhibitor of HSPA5, also known as Bip or Grp78. It exhibits anticancer activity.
体外活性
HM03 trihydrochloride (0.1-50 μM; 72 hours) exhibits over 50% inhibition at 25 μM concentration in HCT116 cells[1]. HM03 trihydrochloride forms more binding interactions with HSPA5 and HSPA9 than with the other HSP70 proteins[1]. HM03 trihydrochloride exhibits promising inhibition activities from cancer cell viability and tumor inhibition assays[1].
