1. Immunofluorescence staining of Anti-HA Tag Antibody (6Y938) (TMAS-00148) with HA-tagged red fluorescent protein expression in CHO cells. The cells were fixed with 4% Poly-Formaldehyde for 5min, permeabilized with 0.1% TritonX-100 for 5 minutes, and blocked in 3% BSA for 30min at room temperature. The cells were then stained with 1/1000 Anti-HA Tag Antibody (6Y938) (TMAS-00148) at room temperature for 2h, followed by a further incubation at 37 °C for 1h with Mouse Anti-Rabbit IgG Antibody [iFluor488], mAb at 5 μg/ml.
2. Western blot analysis of Anti-HA Tag Antibody (6Y938) (TMAS-00148) with HA-tag fusion proteins.
A: C-terminal HA-tagged fusion protein (25 ng,10 ng,5 ng)
