1. The Binding Activity of Human CDH6 with Anti-CDH6 Recombinant Antibody
Activity: Measured by its binding ability in a functional ELISA. Immobilized Human CDH6 at 2 μg/mL can bind Anti-CDH6 recombinant antibody. The EC50 is 2.421-2.802 ng/mL.
2. The Binding Activity of Mouse CDH6 with Anti-CDH6 Recombinant Antibody
Activity: Measured by its binding ability in a functional ELISA. Immobilized Mouse CDH6 at 2 μg/mL can bind Anti-CDH6 recombinant antibody. The EC50 is 1.884-2.164 ng/mL.
3. The Binding Activity of Rat CDH6 with Anti-CDH6 Recombinant Antibody
Activity: Measured by its binding ability in a functional ELISA. Immobilized Rat CDH6 at 2 μg/mL can bind Anti-CDH6 recombinant antibody. The EC50 is 1.630-1.837 ng/mL.
