3-Nitrotyrosine/BSA is an antigen-adjuvant conjugate comprising 3-Nitrotyrosine linked to bovine serum albumin (BSA). The conjugation of the antigen with a protein adjuvant boosts the production of antigen-specific antibodies in vaccine models. This conjugate does not interfere with protein folding or compromise key epitopes and enhances cross-presentation and the generation of antigen-specific T cells.
