产品描述	Lexatumumab (GHS-ETR 2) is a human excitatory monoclonal antibody targeting TRAIL receptor 2 that has anticancer activity and induces apoptosis in malignant mesothelioma. Lexatumumab can be used to study malignant pleural mesothelioma (MPM).
体外活性	将lexatumumab与cisplatin结合使用，可以协同抑制细胞增长，并增强凋亡和死亡[1]。在不同的黑色素瘤细胞系中，lexatumumab（0-10 μg/ml，72小时）引起了不同程度的细胞死亡[2]。
体内活性	Lexatumumab（10mg/kg，静脉注射，每周两次）与Dacarbazine联合使用，能够增强小鼠的抗肿瘤效果[2]。
