产品描述	Fianlimab (REGN3767) is a monoclonal antibody that targets human lymphocyte activation gene 3 (LAG-3) and exhibits antitumor activity. By blocking the immune checkpoint receptor LAG-3, fianlimab reverses T-cell exhaustion, thereby enhancing the antitumor immune response. Fianlimab is being investigated for use in the treatment of solid tumors such as melanoma.
体外活性	方法：人原代 CD8⁺/CD4⁺ T 细胞加入Fianlimab (1–10 μg/mL)，培养48–72 h，流式细胞术检测细胞增殖情况，ELISA 法检测细胞因子分泌。结果：Fianlimab 有效逆转 T 细胞耗竭，促进 IFN-γ 分泌，恢复 T 细胞杀伤功能。[1]
体内活性	方法：构建 MC38.Ova 结肠癌小鼠移植瘤模型，腹腔注射 Fianlimab（5–25 mg/kg），每周 2 次，持续2周，监测肿瘤生长与免疫微环境变化。结果：Fianlimab 可抑制肿瘤生长且显著增加肿瘤内效应 CD8⁺ T 细胞浸润与活化，改善免疫抑制微环境。[1]
