产品描述	Bis-ANS dipotassium, as a type of protein fluorescent probe, can specifically bind to tubulin with a dissociation constant (Kd) of 2 μM [1]. Meanwhile, Bis-ANS dipotassium is also an efficient biphasic regulator of protein liquid-liquid phase separation (LLPS), exerting a significant concentration-dependent regulatory effect: it promotes liquid-liquid phase separation at low concentrations while exerting an inhibitory effect at high concentrations [2].
体外活性	方法：利用 Bis-ANS dipotassium 荧光分子开展蛋白质相关检测与调控实验。结果：Bis-ANS dipotassium 属于带苯胺基团的二价萘磺酸盐类荧光分子，可用于探测蛋白质暴露的疏水性斑块、监测蛋白质聚集体形成，还能调节 TDP-43 低复杂度域（LCD）的液-液相分离[2]。方法：采用 Argifin 对 L. cuprina 进行干预处理。结果：Argifin 具有抑制 L. cuprina 蜕皮的作用[1]。
