Paraformaldehyde-fixed, paraffin embedded Rat Stomach; Antigen retrieval by boiling in sodium citrate buffer (pH6.0) for 15 min; Antibody incubation with Phospho-YAP1 (Ser127) Monoclonal Antibody, Unconjugated at 1:200 overnight at 4°C, followed by conjugation to the SP Kit (Rabbit) and DAB staining.
2. Paraformaldehyde-fixed, paraffin embedded Human Lung Cancer; Antigen retrieval by boiling in sodium citrate buffer (pH6.0) for 15 min; Antibody incubation with Phospho-YAP1 (Ser127) Monoclonal Antibody, Unconjugated at 1:200 overnight at 4°C, followed by conjugation to the SP Kit (Rabbit) and DAB staining.

7. NIH/3T3 (M) cells were treated with or without Calyculin A (100ng/ml) for 30 min, Hela (H) cells were treated with or without Okadaic A+ calyculin A (100 nM) for 60 min, 25 μg total protein per Lane of cell lysates probed with Phospho-YAP1 monoclonal antibody, unconjugated (TMAB-01531) at 1:5000 dilution and 4°C overnight incubation.
