CD98 is a multifunctional glycoprotein that is involved in various biological processes such as amino acid transport, cell adhesion, diffusion, adhesion, and proliferation. CD98 can interact with CD147 to induce integrin 1 function to promote cyclosporine B-induced cell adhesion and p44/p42 MAPK activation following PI3K activation. CD98 heavy chain has been studied to be a key player in tumorigenesis due to its role in activating integrin signaling to promote tumor progression via angiogenesis, invasiveness, and proliferation in addition to promoting malignant transformation of cells. Fibrotic progression in the liver could be linked to the activation of integrin αvβ1 via CD98. CD98's role in T cell activation in which the TGF activation could also play a profibrotic role.

常见问题解答

问为什么重组蛋白的体积和质量与预期不符？

答蛋白冻干粉由蛋白原液冻干而来，冻干粉质量不等同于蛋白质量。由于冻⼲产品的体积大⼩受多种因素影响，包括冻⼲前缓冲液的组分、盐离⼦浓度以及产品本身的浓度等。冻⼲粉可能看上去很多，也可能肉眼不易观察到，这些都是正常现象，请您放心使用。在收到产品后，照常复溶、使用或分装储存即可。

问如何将冻干的重组蛋白配置为储备液？

答在打开盖⼦之前，先使用 10000-12000 rpm 的转速进行离心，20-30 秒，将附着在管盖或管壁上的冻⼲粉收集到管底，以避免损失。大多数蛋白可通过加入无菌蒸馏水来重新溶解。如果需要除水以外的其他稀释剂，产品 COA 中会对其进行说明。一般储备液浓度建议不要低于 100 μg/mL，分装储存避免反复冻融。

问重组蛋白产品该如何保存？

答1) 存储条件:重组蛋白产品收到后，如不立即使用，应当保存在 -20℃ 至 -80℃ 的条件下。冻干粉可稳定保存 12 个月以上，液体类产品在 -80℃ 条件下可保存 6-12 个月。已复溶的重组蛋白样品需尽快用完，如果不能在一周内用完，需在 -20℃ 至 -80℃ 保存，可保存 3 个月以上\n2) 避免反复融冻:重组蛋白产品应注意避免反复冻融，建议将重组蛋白产品分装成多份。分装冻存时，建议选择含有一定浓度载体蛋白的溶液或培养基复溶产品。产品浓度不低于 100 ug/mL，且每管的体积不小于 20 uL。

问蛋白能保证活性吗？

答我们有现货的产品，有活性数据的话会展示在官网生物活性那栏，没有数据的也不代表就一定没有活性，是我们还没有建立活性检测方法，没有进行测试，但是我们的蛋白都是优先按照有活性的方法去表达纯化的。

问重组蛋白产品是如何运输的？

答大部分重组蛋白产品为冻⼲粉，对温度不敏感，在室温下稳定，一般室温或蓝冰运输。对于液体类蛋白，一般采用⼲冰运输。如果您收到产品时发现冰盒已经融化，无需担心，蛋白可以正常使用，短时间内不会影响产品质量。如果特定蛋白在室温下不稳定，我们会提供相应的低温运输方式，以确保产品质量不受影响。
