产品描述	Zanolimumab is a humanised monoclonal antibody targeting CD4, exhibiting cytotoxic and antiproliferative properties. By binding to the CD4 molecule and blocking T cell receptor (TCR) signalling, it is used in the treatment of autoimmune diseases such as rheumatoid arthritis, psoriasis, and T-cell lymphoma.
体外活性	方法：为了评估 Zanolimumab 利用自然杀伤细胞（NK 细胞）诱导抗体依赖性细胞介导的细胞毒作用（ADCC）的能力，我们采用 NK 细胞作为效应细胞，对 CD4⁺ T 细胞进行体外杀伤实验。结果：我们发现 Zanolimumab 在促进 CD4⁺ T 细胞的杀伤方面非常有效，在 10 ng/mL 浓度下就能诱导显著的特异性裂解。此外，在 10 和 100 ng/mL 浓度下，Zanolimumab 对 CD45RO⁺ 亚群的杀伤效果明显强于 CD45RA⁺ 亚群。[1]
