Nidanilimab has antitumor activity, cutting off the IL1α and IL1β signaling pathways and inducing the immune system to destroy tumor cells. Nidanilimab can be used to study solid cancers such as non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) and pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC). |

Nidanilimab (20 µg/mL) blocks the IL1α and IL1β signaling pathways in mouse MC38 colon cancer cells, with IC50 values of 3.9 nM and 4.1 nM, respectively[2]. |
