产品描述	Nidanilimab (CAN04) is a fully humanized IL1RAP monoclonal antibody with a Kd value of 1.10 pM. Nidanilimab has antitumor activity, cutting off the IL1α and IL1β signaling pathways and inducing the immune system to destroy tumor cells. Nidanilimab can be used to study solid cancers such as non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) and pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC).

体外活性	Nidanilimab (CAN04; 20 µg/mL) 在小鼠MC38结肠癌细胞中表现出具有糖基工程增强属性的抗体依赖性细胞介导的细胞毒性（ADCC），EC50值小于1 nM[2]。同样，Nidanilimab (20 µg/mL) 通过阻断小鼠MC38结肠癌细胞中的IL1α和IL1β信号通路，分别具有3.9 nM和4.1 nM的IC50值[2]。
体内活性	在裸C57Bl/6小鼠中，Nidanilimab（CAN04；10 mg/kg；腹腔注射）增强了两种常用的铂基化疗药物，顺铂和卡铂配合吉西他滨的疗效[1]。
