Animal Model: Sprague-Dawley rats [1] Dosage: 2 mg/kg, 10 mg/kg Administration: Intravenous, intraperitoneal Result: Exhibited a short apparent elimination half-life, a high plasma clearance and a large volume of distribution. Extended the apparent half-life to 4.6 h.
