Compound C108 is an inhibitor of GTPase-activating protein SH3 domain-binding protein 2 (G3BP2). Compound C108 can be used in studies about breast tumors and esophageal squamous cell carcinoma.
体外活性

在BT474细胞中，Compound C108（1 μM）展现出抗肿瘤活性[1]。在过表达G3BP2的KYSE410细胞和转染LINC01554的KYSE30细胞中，Compound C108（4 μM）降低了G3BP2的蛋白表达，并抑制了食管鳞状细胞癌（ESCC）细胞的转移、迁移和侵袭[2]。

体内活性

在小鼠乳腺癌异种移植模型中，Compound C108（1 μM）将肿瘤发起细胞的比例大约减少了10倍[1]。
