Aurantio-obtusin (Standard) is the reference standard of Aurantio-obtusin, suitable for quantitative analysis, quality control, and biochemical experiments. Aurantio-obtusin is an anthraquinone compound isolated from Cassia obtusifolia, with anti-inflammatory, anticoagulant, antioxidant, and antihypertensive activities. It inhibits lipid accumulation by regulating the AMPK/autophagy and AMPK/TFEB pathways, thereby improving hepatic steatosis.
