| 验证活性 | 1. Western blot analysis of FKBP52 on 293 (1) and SK-Br-3 (2) cell lysate using anti-FKBP52 antibody at 1/2,000 dilution. 2. Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded human prostate cancer tissue using anti-FKBP52 antibody. Counter stained with hematoxylin. 3. Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded human esophagus tissue using anti-FKBP52 antibody. Counter stained with hematoxylin. 4. Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded mouse brain tissue using anti-FKBP52 antibody. Counter stained with hematoxylin. 5. ICC staining FKBP52 in 293T cells (green). The nuclear counter stain is DAPI (blue). Cells were fixed in paraformaldehyde, permeabilised with 0.25% Triton X100/PBS. 6. ICC staining FKBP52 in MCF-7 cells (green). The nuclear counter stain is DAPI (blue). Cells were fixed in paraformaldehyde, permeabilised with 0.25% Triton X100/PBS. 7. The isomerase activity controls neuronal growth cones via regulation of TRPC1 channel opening. Acts also as a regulator of microtubule dynamics by inhibiting MAPT/TAU ability to promote microtubule assembly. May have a protective role against oxidative stress in mitochondria. |
