产品描述	AGS-16C3F is an antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) targeting ENPP3 (also known as CD203c). This product consists of a humanized IgG1 monoclonal antibody against ENPP3 conjugated to the microtubule inhibitor monomethyl auristatin F (MMAF) via a non-cleavable linker. AGS-16C3F functions by specifically binding to ENPP3 on the surface of tumor cells, undergoing internalization, and releasing MMAF intracellularly to induce cell cycle arrest and apoptosis. It exhibits potent anti-tumor and anti-proliferative activity in ENPP3-expressing metastatic renal cell carcinoma (mRCC) and systemic mastocytosis.
体外活性	AGS-16C3F 强效抑制 CD203c 高表达 ROSA 细胞增殖 (96 h IC50: 1.1-2.73 nM)，对 HMC-1.1 和 HMC-1.2 细胞的 IC50 分别为 109.9 nM 和 146.5 nM。该药通过破坏微管动力学，诱导肿瘤细胞发生剂量依赖性凋亡 (0.5-100 nM, 96-120 h) [2]。
