MGAT2-IN-1 is an orally active monoacylglycerol acyltransferase (MGAT2)inhibitor (human and mouse MGAT2 with IC50 of 7.8 and 2.4 nM , respectively).

mGAT-IN-1 是有效的、非选择性的 GAT 抑制剂，能够较好的抑制 mGAT3 活性 (IC50: 2.5 μM，pIC50: 5.61)。

mGAT3 4-IN-1 是 mGAT3 mGAT4 的有效抑制剂，他们的 pIC50 值分别为 5.31 和 5.24。在糖尿病神经病变小鼠中，mGAT3 4-IN-1 能够明显抑制触觉异常性疼痛。
