Sulfo-Cy3 diacid NHS ester potassium is an alternative dye primarily used for labeling peptides and oligos in replacing Cy6 that was originally developed by GE Healthcare.
体外活性

Sulfo-Cy3 diacid, SE is a water soluble amino-reactive yellow emitting fluorescent dye, could efficiently label peptides and proteins in purely aqueous solution without need for organic co-solvent. Ideal for proteins with low solubility, and proteins prone to denaturation.
