产品描述	Paeonidanin is a monoterpenoid natural product with pharmacological activities such as anti-inflammatory, neuroprotective, and immunomodulatory effects, and can be used as a reference standard for natural products.Paeonidanin can inhibit the release of inflammatory factors such as NO, TNF-α, and IL-6 from macrophages induced by lipopolysaccharide (LPS).
体外活性	方法：小鼠巨噬细胞系 RAW 264.7加入Paeonidanin (33 μM) 预处理2小时，然后用LPS (1 μg/mL) 刺激24小时，取细胞上清与Griess试剂反应，540 nm测吸光度，用亚硝酸钠标准曲线定量。结果：Paeonidanin在33 μM浓度下均能显著抑制LPS诱导的NO产生。[1]
