产品描述	Orticumab (MLDL1278A) is a recombinant human monoclonal antibody engineered to specifically bind to epitopes on oxidized low-density lipoprotein (oxLDL). it demonstrates therapeutic potential by modulating autoimmune responses against oxLDL, thereby improving atherosclerotic plaque pathology, and also shows significant promise for the treatment of autoimmune inflammatory conditions such as psoriasis.
体内活性	方法：Orticumab（10mg/kg，腹腔注射，每周一次，三周）处理喂养高脂饮食（HFD）-/-的B6.lpr.ApoE小鼠（18周龄），观察其治疗效果。结果：Orticumab治疗可以使小鼠主动脉弓动脉粥样硬化减少42.8%，CD68巨噬细胞瓣下斑块染色减少30.5%。[1]
