Octadecyl Rhodamine B chloride, also known as RBOE, is a polarity-sensitive dye that is often used as a chromophore with other compounds to stain cell membranes and has applications in the assembly of organic molecules, in membrane structures and in the transfer of electron energy in the structural domains of proteins.

a.溶液配制：
1.母液配置：配置成一定浓度的Dansylcadaverine 母液，分装后于 -20℃ 或 -80℃ 避光保存。
2.工作液配置：根据实验需求选择合适的工作液浓度，尽量现配现用。
b.操作步骤：
1.Octadecyl Rhodamine B Chloride 按照染料：病毒 1：500（体积比）比例，4°C 旋转孵育 8 h 后，使用 0.22 μM 过滤器过滤，待用。
2.将生长良好的细胞铺于激光共聚焦小皿中，待细胞汇合度达 80% 左右，使用 Octadecyl Rhodamine B Chloride 标记的流感病毒感染细胞，4°C吸附 1 h，37°C培养 30 min、60 min、90 min 以及 120 min。
3.通过激光共聚焦检测细胞内的荧光强度以及荧光定位。
