产品描述	NVP-DFV890 is an orally active and selective NLRP3 inflammasome inhibitor that directly binds to and inhibits NLRP3 activation, thereby blocking the maturation and release of IL-1β and IL-18 and reducing pyroptotic cell death. NVP-DFV890 has shown immunomodulatory effects in viral infection and inflammatory models and is primarily investigated in COVID-19 and acute respiratory distress syndrome to attenuate excessive inflammatory responses.
