Histamine/BSA is an antigen-adjuvant conjugate composed of Histamine and bovine serum albumin (BSA). Conjugating the antigen with the protein adjuvant can boost the production of antigen-specific antibodies in vaccine models. This conjugate does not alter protein folding or disrupt primary epitopes, and it enhances cross-presentation and the generation of antigen-specific T cells.
