Fluorescent Substrate for Glu-Specific Proteases is a chromogenic substrate specifically recognized by V8 protease [1].
体外活性

V8蛋白酶（0、0.1、0.5、1.0、5.0、10、20 µg/ml）于200 µM的合成底物（Fluorescent Substrate for Glu-Specific Proteases; ABz-AFAFEVFY(NO2)D-OH）一同在HEPES缓冲液（pH 7.4）中以及室温下进行孵育。
