Estradiol-BSA is an antigen-adjuvant conjugate of Estradiol combined with bovine serum albumin (BSA). Conjugating the antigen to the protein adjuvant enhances the production of antigen-specific antibodies in vaccine models. The conjugate does not alter protein folding or disrupt major epitopes and improves cross-presentation and the generation of antigen-specific T cells.
