产品描述	BODIPY FL-X,SE, a green fluorescent dye designed for amine labeling, exhibits a high fluorescence quantum yield with minimal sensitivity to pH variations. It serves as a viable alternative to FAM, Cy2, or FITC. The dye's absorption and emission wavelengths are 504 nm (λ abs) and 510 nm (λ em), respectively.
体外活性	BODIPY FL-X, succinimidyl ester dye stock solutions are prepared in DMSO. Then, it is diluted in 0.1 M sodium bicarbonate buffer, pH 8.3, to a final concentration of 10 μM dye.
