构建方式This antibody was produced from a hybridoma resulting from the fusion of a mouse myeloma with B cells obtained from a mouse immunized with purified, recombinant Zika virus (ZIKV) (strain Zika SPH2015) ZIKV-NS1 ( TMPY-04870; ALU33341.1; Val796-Leu1157). The IgG fraction of the cell culture supernatant was purified by Protein A affinity chromatography and conjugated with horseradish-peroxidase (HRP).
