1. Paraformaldehyde-fixed, paraffin embedded (rat brain tissue); Antigen retrieval by boiling in sodium citrate buffer (pH6.0) for 15 min; Block endogenous peroxidase by 3% hydrogen peroxide for 20 minutes; Blocking buffer (normal goat serum) at 37°C for 30 min; Antibody incubation with (Mitofilin) Polyclonal Antibody, Unconjugated (TMAB-08834) at 1:400 overnight at 4°C, followed by operating according to SP Kit (Rabbit) instructions and DAB staining.

Incubated with Anti-Mitofilin/IMMT Polyclonal Antibody (TMAB-08834) at a 1:10 dilution for 1 hr at RT, followed by Anti-Rabbit secondary, Cy3 conjugate at a 1:300 dilution incubated at RT for 1 hr.
