1. The Binding Activity of Macaca fascicularis CD93 with Anti-CD93 Recombinant Antibody
Activity: Measured by its binding ability in a functional ELISA. Immobilized Macaca fascicularis CD93 at 2 μg/mL can bind Anti-CD93 recombinant antibody. The EC50 is 0.1669-0.3513 ng/mL.
2. The Binding Activity of Human CD93 with Anti-CD93 Recombinant Antibody
Activity: Measured by its binding ability in a functional ELISA. Immobilized Human CD93 at 2 μg/mL can bind Anti-CD93 recombinant antibody. The EC50 is 0.6639-1.173 ng/mL.
3. Untransfected CHO-K1*10^6 cells, washed and then followed by FITC-conjugated anti-Human IgG Fc antibody and analyzed with flow cytometry.
