验证活性 | Overlay Peak curve showing Hela cells stained with TMAH-00026 (red line) at 1:400. The cells were fixed in 4% formaldehyde (15min) and permeated by 0.2% TritonX-100 for 10min. Then 10% normal goat serum was Incubated to block non-specific protein-protein interactions followed by the antibody (1µg/1*10^6 cells) for 45 min at 4°C. The secondary antibody used was FITC-conjugated Goat Anti-Mouse IgG(H+L) at 1/200 dilution for 35 min at 4°C. Isotype control antibody (green line) was mouse IgG1 (1µg/1*10^6 cells) used under the same conditions. Acquisition of >10, 000 events was performed. |

Responsible for the FasL ectodomain shedding and for the generation of the remnant ADAM10-processed FasL (FasL APL) transmembrane form. Also cleaves the ectodomain of the integral membrane proteins CORIN and ITM2B. Mediates the proteolytic cleavage of LAG3, leading to release the secreted form of LAG3. Mediates the proteolytic cleavage of IL6R and IL11RA, leading to the release of secreted forms of IL6R and IL11RA. Enhances the cleavage of CHL1 by BACE1. Cleaves NRCAM.
