产品描述	5-A-RU (5-Amino-6-(D-ribitylamino)uracil) is an early intermediate in riboflavin biosynthesis and is found in a variety of bacteria and yeast as well as plants. 5-A-RU is also a mucosal-associated invariant T (MAIT) cell activator that forms potent MAIT-activating antigens through non-enzymatic reactions with small molecules from other metabolic pathways.
体外活性	方法：5-A-RU加DHA、5-A-RU和5-A-RU加MeG或者5-A-RU（0-3000μM）和处理STg（iVα19）和DTg（iVα19Vβ6）动物的小鼠MAIT细胞，测量小鼠MAIT细胞的活化。结果：5-A-RU 加 MeG 获得了最大的 MAIT 细胞活化；单独使用5-A-RU也激活了MAIT细胞；同时5-A-RU可以与Glyx和MeG即兴反应，产生嘧啶加合物，激活小鼠MAIT细胞。[2]
体内活性	方法：5-A-RU（100nM，腹腔注射）给Vβ6-Tg小鼠和iVα19-Tg小鼠中，测量MAIT细胞活化。结果：5-A-RU和MeG在体内注射前临时混合时，MAIT细胞被激活，单独5-A-RU无法激活小鼠中的MAIT细胞。[2]
