血小板是血液的一种成分,其功能(与凝血因子一起)是通过凝结对血管损伤引起的出血做出反应,从而引发血凝块。血小板没有细胞核,它们是源自骨髓或肺的巨核细胞的细胞质片段,然后进入循环。血小板仅存在于哺乳动物中,在其他脊椎动物中,血小板以完整的单核细胞形式循环。静止血小板表达大量包括 CD9、CD29、CD31、CD36、CD41、CD42a、CD42b、CD61 和 gpvi2,3 在内的表面蛋白。在血小板活化后一些分子,例如 CD41 和 CD61 的表面水平会增加,而其他在静息血小板表面几乎不存在的蛋白质,如 CD62P、CD63、CD107a 和 CD154,在活化后会从细胞内储存转移到质膜。
