血小板 CD 蛋白

血小板是血液的一种成分，其功能（与凝血因子一起）是通过凝结对血管损伤引起的出血做出反应，从而引发血凝块。血小板没有细胞核，它们是源自骨髓或肺的巨核细胞的细胞质片段，然后进入循环。血小板仅存在于哺乳动物中，在其他脊椎动物中，血小板以完整的单核细胞形式循环。静止血小板表达大量包括 CD9、CD29、CD31、CD36、CD41、CD42a、CD42b、CD61 和 gpvi2,3 在内的表面蛋白。在血小板活化后一些分子，例如 CD41 和 CD61 的表面水平会增加，而其他在静息血小板表面几乎不存在的蛋白质，如 CD62P、CD63、CD107a 和 CD154，在活化后会从细胞内储存转移到质膜。
