产品描述	C-4 is a potential ATP-competitive inhibitor of mTOR. C-4 could inhibit cell growth and proliferation.
体外活性	向A549细胞直接添加C-4（mTOR inhibitor-1，0~12.8 μg/ml）显著降低了在Ser2448位点磷酸化的活化mTOR（p-mTORser2448）水平。C-4对A549细胞的增殖有强烈的抑制作用，此抑制效果呈时间和剂量依赖性。24小时时C-4的IC50计算为3.176 μM。
