表皮生长因子家族

表皮生长因子（Epidermal Growth Factor, EGF）是一种通过与其受体EGFR结合来刺激细胞生长和分化的蛋白质。EGF通过与细胞表面的表皮生长因子受体（EGFR）以高亲和力结合而起作用。可刺激配体诱导的二聚化，激活受体的内在蛋白-酪氨酸激酶活性。酪氨酸激酶活性反过来又启动信号转导级联反应，导致细胞内的各种生化变化，例如细胞内钙水平升高、糖酵解和蛋白质合成增加，以及某些基因（包括 EGFR 基因）表达增加，最终导致 DNA 合成和细胞增殖。
