产品描述	Thalidomide-5,6-F is a cereblon ligand derived from Thalidomide that is utilized for the recruitment of CRBN protein. It can be conjugated to a protein ligand through a linker, thus enabling the formation of PROTACs, a class of molecules with targeted protein degradation capabilities.
体外活性	PROTACs contain two different ligands connected by a linker; one is a ligand for an E3 ubiquitin ligase and the other is for the target protein. PROTACs exploit the intracellular ubiquitin-proteasome system to selectively degrade target proteins[1].
