N188 TFA is a radiolabeled ligand based on a bicyclic peptide scaffold, targeting the protein nectin-4, which is overexpressed in various tumors. It can be efficiently labeled with the radioactive isotope 68Ga to form 68Ga-N188, suitable for positron emission tomography (PET) imaging. The development of N188 TFA and its radiolabeled form, 68Ga-N188, holds potential for the diagnosis and treatment of cancers such as urothelial carcinoma.
