Pociredir (FTX-6058) is a potent, selective and orally active inhibitor of embryonic ectoderm development (EED) (KD= 0.163 nM). Pociredir (FTX-6058) has research value in inflammatory or hemoglobinopathies, such as sickle cell disease (SCD).
体内活性

Pociredir (FTX-6058) (QD, 5 mg/kg) reduces the H3K27me3 levels in the Townes mouse model of sickle cell disease (SCD). Pociredir (FTX-6058) (QD, 5 mg/kg) increases the levels of red blood cells and total hemoglobin, ameliorates hemolysis in the Townes mouse model of sickle cell disease (SCD) [1].
