产品描述	EBV lytic cycle inducer-1 is an iron chelate analogue that induces the lytic cycle of EBV.
体外活性	Dp44mT (EBV lytic cycle inducer-1)(compound C7) induces the lytic cycle in a cell-line-dependent manner, with a higher inductive capacity on AGS-BX1 cells compared to AGX cells, in the concentration range of 0-80 μM for 48 hours[1]. At 10 μM, Dp44mT(EBV lytic cycle inducer-1) induces the lytic cycle in a time-dependent manner over 0-72 hours[1]. At concentrations of 1.25-2.5 μM for 24 hours, Dp44mT(EBV lytic cycle inducer-1) synergistically induces the Epstein-Barr virus (EBV) lytic cycle with the HDAC inhibitors Romidespin and SAHA[1]. At 20 μM for 48 hours, Dp44mT(EBV lytic cycle inducer-1) reactivates the EBV lytic cycle by inducing the ERK-autophagy axis[2].
