G蛋白偶联受体

G 蛋白偶联受体（GPCR）是一大类进化相关的蛋白质，是细胞表面受体，可检测细胞外分子并激活细胞反应。G 蛋白偶联受体仅存在于真核生物中，包括酵母和鞭毛虫。结合和激活这些受体的配体包括光敏化合物、气味、信息素、激素和神经递质等。G蛋白偶联受体与许多疾病有关。例如精神疾病、代谢疾病、免疫疾病、心血管疾病、炎症、感觉障碍和癌症。因此GPCR是一个重要的药物靶点，在FDA批准的所有药物中，约有34% 靶向该家族的108个成员。
