Cassyfiline and actinodaphnine show high activity against Mel-5 (IC 50 : 24.3 microM and 25.7 microM, respectively) and HL-60 (IC 50 : 19.9 microM and 15.4 microM, respectively).

1,2-Methylenedioxy-3,10,11-trimethoxyaporphine exerts moderate vessel-relaxing activities with the IC 50 value from 16.50 to 32.81 microM at the test concentrations.

Erycibelline has antiobesity activity, it may be a useful therapeutic agent for body weight control by downregulating adipogenesis and lipogenesis.
