产品描述	Anti-Mouse CD25/IL-2Rα Antibody (PC-61.5.3) is a rat inhibitory antibody that specifically targets mouse CD25/IL-2Rα. It can deplete CD25-positive T cells and is suitable for immunology and inflammation-related research, including atopic dermatitis.
体内活性	Anti-Mouse CD25/IL-2Rα Antibody (PC-61.5.3)以 400 μg 剂量腹腔注射，每周 3 次、连续给药 3 周，可在免疫性血小板减少症小鼠模型中耗竭 CD25 阳性 T 细胞 [1]。在小鼠特应性皮炎模型中，于 MC903 处理前 2 天开始，按每 2 天 1 次的频率腹腔注射 300 μg Anti-Mouse CD25/IL-2Rα Antibody (PC-61.5.3)，可有效缓解小鼠的特应性皮炎症状 [2]。
